Las Vegas - October 2012
Great weather was experienced on the Las Vegas tour and the courses provided a variety of design and challenges.....
A two "horse" race in both the Mens & Ladies section of the Scottsdale, Mesquite and Las Vegas tour. Came down to Bill Eccles (Mackay Golf Club) and George Hogan (The Lakes GC) to battle out the winner in the Mens section, with Bill Eccles firing a great 37 points at the challenging Rio Secco course in the final round to win by 9 shots. Meanwhile Jan Doyle (Concord Golf Club) and Robyn Edson were going "neck and neck" most of the way well clear of their nearest rivals. Jan Doyle despite returning a meagre 16 points in the final round was able to "drop" that round as one of her worst and still defeat Robyn by 4 shots.
Please register your interest for next years tour to the USA as space will be limited.
