It has been a long time since we have posted anything to the AVGA Golf website. The main reason is that there has been little to report as State borders open and close - and countries have been inconsistent with their approach to allowing tourists into their country. The arranging of tours has been impossible in such a climate.

Until recently Thailand and Vietnam required isolation upon arrival - 1 day and 3 days respectively.

An additional issue is that hotels have not operated for many months - how long before they will be up and running with normal services etc is still unknown

Golf courses are all Ok - some courses have scaled back expenditure because of the lack of tourist revenue - but balance that with less rounds being played on the course they are in very good condition 

It is intended that we will conduct a Thailand and Vietnam tour that will be able to operate concurrently as we did in 2020.

I will contact everyone through our email blast when I believe it is the right time so that you can enjoy what you have missed most - a trouble free golf trip away with our fellow senior friends.
